Vermont Philharmonic presents Summer Pops in Duxbury

Moose Meadow Lodge hosts the Vermont Philharmonic orchestra for a 4 p.m. performance on Sunday, August 16 led by Conductor Lou Kosma.
The annual outdoor concerts are a summer tradition. Audience members are encouraged to bring a picnic along with a chair or blanket to enjoy tunes from Broadway and Hollywood along with jazz and light classical selections.
The program includes selections from “Hamilton,” “Oklahoma,” and “Frozen” as well as pieces by Mozart, Richard Rodgers, George Gershwin, Scott Joplin and John Philip Sousa and more. Local Harwood student musician Grayson Eley also has a piece created through the Music-COMP student composition program.
In case of inclement weather, the Harwood Union High School auditorium is the designated rain location.
