The free event will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. and local families with school-aged children are invited to attend to pick up free school supplies and backpacks to help get ready for the upcoming school year.

In addition to backpacks and school supplies, there will be a grill with hot dogs and hamburgers, a bounce house for the youngest kids, games, and face-painting.
A raffle will give away prizes including gift certificates from local businesses and restaurants. (Winners must be present to claim prizes.)
