Don Schneider: Write-in Select Board candidate

Given the current challenges that are facing our town, I have decided to run as a write-in candidate for the 3-year Waterbury Select Board term, which will be voted on at Town Meeting on Tuesday, March 3.
Given my experiences of previously being on the select board for 4 years; principal of our local primary school for 13 years; being a member of the Waterbury Rotary Club for 10 years, and a founding board member and treasurer for MakerSphere for 6 years, I felt the need to step up to do what I can to help our town transition to a new Town Manager, Town Clerk/Treasurer, and Library Director.
I also feel it is important to have competitive races for all open select board seats so that the community can have a choice in who they want to represent them in the affairs of running our town.
Be sure to vote on or before March 3.
