LETTER: Mailing error sends letters to Waterbury

February 2, 2024

To the Community:

The Mad River Valley Ambulance Service recently sent out its annual subscription renewal/purchase form.

When the printing company was entering the zip codes and routes for the three towns (Waitsfield, Warren & Moretown) into their mail sorting software, they were given multiple zip code options. Unfortunately, a wrong zip code was chosen.

This error caused our mailing to be delivered to the residents of Waterbury instead of Moretown.

If you are a Waterbury resident and received the MRVAS subscription form, please disregard it. Also, if you already went ahead and purchased a subscription, we will be in touch and you will be reimbursed.

We are sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
