Michael Frank: Waterbury write-in for Harwood School Board

To the Community -

My name is Michael Frank, and I am writing to announce my write-in candidacy to represent Waterbury on the Harwood School Board.

I am running because I care deeply about our schools, our students, and the community that supports them. I believe effective school governance should be practical, transparent, and focused on student outcomes, while also respecting taxpayers, faculty and staff.

In addition to my professional work in technology, I serve as a volunteer firefighter. That role has reinforced the importance of service, responsibility, and teamwork — values I would bring to the School Board.
