Revitalizing Waterbury’s Annual Meeting, held at Stone’s Throw Pizza, on Tuesday evening, April 16, was a vibrant gathering of community members, local business owners, and civic leaders, held to reflect on RW’s progress and plans for 2024.

Attendees received an update on Revitalizing Waterbury’s Strategic Plan that guides our work. There was a sense of pride in the progress being made as we reviewed our accomplishments in 2023, including new businesses, community events, and infrastructure improvements.
The meeting wasn't just about past achievements; it was also an opportunity to learn about RW’s future and some of the many projects taking place. RW’s board members shared their aspirations for the organization’s future, and the atmosphere buzzed with optimism as we collectively embraced the opportunity to shape Waterbury's trajectory for the better.
The most valuable aspect of the meeting was the chance to connect and mingle with fellow community members. From exchanging stories and forging new partnerships to rekindling old friendships, the event served as a reminder of the strength and resilience of our community bonds.

Energized by the shared vision and renewed sense of purpose, it was clear that the spirit of Revitalizing Waterbury extends far beyond the confines of any meeting room.
