This home is offered through Habitat’s shared-equity program, making homeownership possible with:

• Affordable monthly payments (about 30% of household income)

• Just $500 down

• A chance to help build your own home and invest in your future

Located close to shops, schools, community services, outdoor recreation, Montpelier, and Norwich University.
