July 23, 2026The Development Review Board for the Town of Waterbury will convene a public hearing on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., in the Steele Community Room in the Municipal Complex, 28 North Main Street, Waterbury and via Zoom. The applicants are requesting a setback waiver for the construction of an 896-sq. ft. barn for garage and storage use on their property. A setback waiver requires conditional use review.
