September 28, 2026The Development Review Board for the Town of Waterbury will convene a public hearing on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., in the Steele Community Room in the Municipal Complex, 28 North Main Street, Waterbury and via Zoom. The applicants seek to revise the 29-foot setback waiver approved in permit #035-26 and request a 38-foot setback waiver to construct an accessory barn on their residential property.
