Halloween 2025: Costumes, candy—umbrellas!

Friday’s celebrations proved that as hundreds gathered downtown, fanning out along Main Street and nearby neighborhoods. Waterbury Fire Department members opened their doors downtown and in Waterbury Center to share candy treats, glow necklaces and even some hot dogs. Pro Pig Brewery brought the heat to Elm Street with fire performers from Northeast Fire Entertainment.
And many demonstrated creative ways to incorporate rain gear into their costumes.
