Call for auditions for Lost Nation Theater’s 2026 season

Looking ahead to its 2026 season, Lost Nation Theater in Montpelier has put out a call for actors and singers to audition for roles in multiple upcoming productions. 

Auditions for individuals ages 10 and up will be held on Sunday-Monday, Jan. 4-5, at Montpelier City Hall Arts Center. 

Shows the company is looking to present in 2026 will include “Our Town,” “Into The Woods,” and “What the Constitution Means to Me.” Roles are open for all shows. These auditions are not for Lost Nation’s Young Company shows. 

Those auditioning are asked to:

• Prepare two contrasting monologues and 32 bars of a song (optional), no longer than three minutes total. 

• Bring a headshot and resume. 

• Sign up for an audition appointment time, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Jan. 4, or 4-9 p.m. on Jan. 5.
