Obituary: Benjamin Curtis Cubit

Benjamin Curtis Cubit died on Sunday, February 22, 2026, the beloved son of Steven Cubit of Waterbury Center and Rosanna Endicott of Florida.

Benjamin was born in Berlin, Vermont, on August 6,1983. When he was 5,  he moved to Florida, where he lived with his mother. When he was 13, he returned to Vermont to live with his father.

Ben attended Harwood Union High School and a trade school in Vergennes, Vermont, where he took up auto mechanics. He worked for S.T. Paving and the Redemption Center in Waterbury. Ben enjoyed gaming with his friends, Chris and Adam. He enjoyed movies, and he was a big help to his grandmother, Pam Perry, with whom he lived.

Benjamin leaves behind his father Steven Cubit and partner Suzanne, his mother Roseanna Endicott, his brother Ryan Cubit, grandmother Pamela Perry, many aunts, uncles and cousins.

There are no calling hours. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
