WATA's 2021 Gravel Grinder

The Waterbury Area Trails Alliance has helped revolutionize Waterbury’s bike trails in recent years. This summer the organization is thriving with group bike rides and trail work events. WATA hopes that without COVID-19 restrictions now, future events will bring many more bikers together as well. 

For this project, Jesse McDougall set out to capture the energy and enthusiasm of WATA’s bikers. By interviewing several WATA leaders and local bikers, the resulting video shows how a network of passionate bikers is contributing to a network of renowned bike trails across our town.
