As towns across Vermont ease back into their pre-pandemic Town Meeting Day routines, Duxbury is moving on by embracing the paper ballot format it used for the past two years that resulted in higher voter turnout than before. Voting will be held 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the town offices and garage on Tuesday.
