LETTER: What does a healthy community look like?

May 9, 2025

To the Community:

Every three years, Central Vermont Medical Center conducts a survey to better understand the health care needs and priorities of our community. The results of this Community Health Needs Assessment provide valuable information and insight that will help shape the future of health and well-being in Washington and surrounding counties.

Please take a moment to complete the CHNA Community Survey by May 17.

Click here to share your insights with us.

After completing the survey, you can enter to win one of four $50 gift cards.

Want to see how your input has been used in the past? Explore the 2022 CHNA report and improvement plan to learn about the priorities identified and the collaborative efforts underway to address them.

Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of Central Vermonters.

With gratitude,

Anna Tempesta Noonan,
