Town Manager: Exploring potential development at Stanley-Wasson site
The selectboard is meeting Monday, Oct. 6, at 6:30 p.m. at the Main Street Fire Station to discuss the Stanley-Wasson site. This is a unique project for Waterbury. Towns are not often in a position where they directly engage with housing developers, particularly on projects of this size.
